Colour Dash is now avaliable on the Google Play store. Finally.
Any bugs that were left in this game were squashed one or two days after my last post, but putting sound and music into the game just seemed so tedious that I put it off, for almost 2 months. But that's in the past now though, and I can finally move on to new and better projects.
My newest prototype that I'm working on is a game for the Google Cardboard, a medium that I believe severly lacks any decent games. There are a few neat games for it, however it seems most don't make good use of it's unique control scheme and design. As for my idea, I plan on creating a Locked Room type game, where the player find themself in a locked room and need to find their way out by solving puzzles and finding hidden objects.
As far as coding this game goes, it seems mostly simple. I have already prototyped basic controls and have a good idea of how to implement the rest of the mechanics. Whether or not this game will be successful however will depend on the difficulty and creativity of the puzzles and the art scheme. I have faith that I could design some creative puzzles, or at least find help creating puzzles, however the art will definitely be more challenging. For now, basic shapes and free unity assets will have to do and I'll tackle that hurdle later.

When I get further into the prototype I will decide whether or not this project is in scope and I if I will continue development, but for now all I can say is look forward to future updates!
